The Treasure of the King Midas

The premiere of the animated film EL TESORO DEL REY MIDAS, was one of the most anticipated events in the film scene, it was an approximation to possible commercial billboards announced by Extra.

This new adventure of reporters Cathy, Nico and Lorry, has counted on almost the same team of technicians who already participated in the filming of ‘Animal Channel’  and ‘¡Qué Vecinos Tan Animales’, Both featured films repeatedly awarded with prizes as prestigious as one Goya for the best animated film or First Prize at the Houston  International Film Festival.

Two reporters from Animal Channel, the animal-made TV channel, are in danger while they do a TV report in the depths of the Horrifying Jungle. In this situation, the stork Cathy, the little mouse Nico and the parrot Lorri, give up their vacation to help these two companions. THE TREASURE OF KING MIDAS is a story of adventure, full of humor, where the courage and the strength of friendship are mixed and where the media return to occupy the foreground.

An adventure by land, sea and air where nothing is as it seems!

One of the world’s most famous historical treasure robber bands, a chase by land, sea and air and a mirror missing a key piece to give its owner extraordinary powers.
